CLAUDIA Front Office Music Card

A half-sheet (8.5 × 5.5 in), two-sided card to leave by the front office CLAUDIA for the secretaries and principals who play music to the building. The front labels CLAUDIA's screen (Auxiliary 1 and 2, Bluetooth, Play / Stop, volume, Bluetooth connection status, lock) and gives the 3-step way to play music; the back walks through Bluetooth (CLAUDIA shows as AEBLUE_AE) and Aux step by step and has quick fixes. No login is needed to use it.

Printing: use the 2-up version below: two cards stacked on one letter sheet, duplex flip on long edge, then cut on the marks. Cardstock, lamination or a sheet protector recommended.

🎨 Branding it for a district

Same template as the other classroom and office cards: the top bar, accent color, logo and help line can match a district. Send VSC Operations the district name, logo (PNG), colors and the help line staff should call. A sample in district colors is attached here.
