Logging into an MS-x Device

Log into EPIC as an Administrator, click on the Settings menu on the left hand side, the page that should come up now should have a section called Known Devices like below.

You can search for your device by name, MAC, or IP Address or sort by the different headers.

Once you've found your device click on the Blue pencil icon to edit the device, the new screen should look like below, or similar.

From here copy the Device Password, you should be able to highlight and copy it without needing to edit it.

Your device password should not be Control1, it's typically 2 random words followed by 4 random letters or numbers, an example would be: "zippy-wooded-Ut3K"

With your password copied to the clipboard, highlight the IP address and right click and choose Open in New Tab.

Enter "admin" as the username, and paste the password you copied from before and log in, you should be logged into the homepage that looks like below.
