A half-sheet landscape (8.5 × 5.5 in) card to leave in every classroom at install: what each button on the XD Teacher Microphone does on the front, student mics and quick fixes on the back.

Printing: use the 2-up print sheet below: two cards stacked on one letter-size sheet (portrait), duplex flip on long edge, then cut across the middle (tick marks at the left and right edges). Cardstock or lamination recommended.

🎨 Branding it for a district

The card is built from a template, so the top bar, accent color, logo and help line can match a district. VSC keeps the red SAFE alert band the same on every version so it is always recognizable. To make a district version, send VSC Operations the district name, logo (PNG), colors and the help line staff should call. A sample in district colors is attached here.
